We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. At this time, Ball of Champions LLC ships merchandises to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Ball of Champions LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. 

Since all of our products are custom designed and hand-painted, the delivery window on an order can be anytime between 60 to 90 days.

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Ball of Champions LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Ball of Champions LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of creating custom, hand-painted, limited-edition products and the amount of time it takes to create these unique commissioned pieces, Ball of Champions LLC does not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
